Aquest car\u00e0cter personal no resta afectat pel fet que la determinaci\u00f3 i la quantificaci\u00f3 es faci atenent a circumst\u00e0ncies objectives referides al desenvolupament del lloc.<\/p>\n<p Egarvia, S.A, Foment de Terrassa, S.A., i SMC, S.A., \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-67583-8-2\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell panel-grid-cell-empty\" ><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-67583-9\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-67583-9-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell panel-grid-cell-empty\" ><\/div><div id=\"pgc-67583-9-1\" id=\"target-apartat1\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tot\/a treballador\/a que, de forma circumstancial i degudament autoritzat\/da, hagi d\u2019exercir el seu treball fora del terme municipal, li ser\u00e0 d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 el r\u00e8gim de dietes vigent per al personal funcionari previst a la Llei de Pressupostos General de l\u2019Estat vigent en cada moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">S\u00f3n comissions de servei amb dret a indemnitzaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">-\u00a0 Les comeses especials de car\u00e0cter circumstancial que s\u2019ordenen al personal d\u2019aquest Ajuntament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">- L\u2019assist\u00e8ncia a cursos de capacitaci\u00f3, especialitzaci\u00f3, ampliaci\u00f3 d\u2019estudis i de perfeccionament que es realitzin fora de Terrassa, sempre que estiguin vinculats a les funcions pr\u00f2pies del lloc de treball i expressament reconegudes i aprovades per l\u2019\u00f2rgan competent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">-\u00a0 Les funcions desenvolupades en l\u2019exercici dels llocs de treball que s\u00f3n retribu\u00efdes amb car\u00e0cter ordinari dins d\u2019algun dels conceptes retributius no donen lloc a indemnitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-67583-9-1-1\" class=\"widget_text so-panel widget dietes, s\u00f3n les establertes i vigents en tot moment, d\u2019acord amb el Reial Decret 462\/2002, de 24 de maig, sobre indemnitzacions per ra\u00f3 del servei (publicada al BOE de 30 de maig de 2002, n\u00fam. 129), resoluci\u00f3 de 2 de gener de 2008 de la secretaria d\u2019Estat i Pressupostos, annexes XVI i XVII (BOE 3 de gener de 2008) i el que determini la Llei de Pressupostos de utilitzar els mitjans regulars disponibles.<\/p>\n<strong>Utilitzaci\u00f3 de vehicles particulars i altres medis especials de transport<\/strong>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Qualsevol despesa originada per vehicle particular, ha de ser pr\u00e8viament autoritzada, com per exemple: estada de p\u00e0rking, peatges, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el sup\u00f2sit d\u2019utilitzaci\u00f3 de taxis o vehicles de lloguer, a banda de l\u2019expressa autoritzaci\u00f3, l\u2019import indemnitzatori ser\u00e0 el realment gastat i documentalment justificat. Seran\u00a0 d\u2019utilitzaci\u00f3 els medis de transport alternatius quan els mitjans p\u00fablics regulars de transport resultin clarament inadequats i pr\u00e8via aprovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Els imports per locomoci\u00f3, segons la resoluci\u00f3 de 4 de gener de 2010 de la Secretaria d\u2019Estat d\u2019Hisenda i Pressupostos, apartat c.2.
